Your site is automatically backed up every night and the backups kept on the server for 3 days. That means that if you inadvertently make changes that crash or corrupt your site, you can contact us to have your site restored to a point prior to the incident.
Your site is also backed up weekly to a different server location. These backups are kept for a minimum 4 weeks. This way, if there is critical server failure, we can recover your site quickly from a backup that is no more than 1 week old.
